Then you buy 3 credits for £2.66, because that is the smallest pack we sell. There is no single-credit option — £2.66 is what one export costs a one-off buyer, and we would rather say so here than let you discover it at the checkout.
The other two are not wasted. They stay in your account for 90 days and each one buys another full-resolution export of any image — the retake that came out better, the second passport photo, the other angle on the same product. Nothing is tied to the first picture you upload.

Pricing questions
Do my images get uploaded to your servers?
Not for the free preview. The photograph is decoded, matted and composited entirely on your device — you can watch the network tab stay silent. Nothing is stored, and there is nothing for us to leak, because we never receive it. There is one exception and we would rather name it than hide it: a paid full-resolution export is produced on our servers, so that one file is sent to us. It expires twenty-four hours after it arrives and is then deleted.
Can I buy a single credit instead of 3?
No. 3 credits for £2.66 is the smallest purchase we sell, so somebody who needs one export pays £2.66 rather than the 89p a single credit works out at. There is no single-credit option and no smaller pack hiding anywhere. The other two credits sit in your account for 90 days and each buys another full-resolution export of any image, so if the retake comes out better, or a second photo needs the same treatment, it is already paid for.
Is VAT added on top of these prices?
No. The prices on this page are the amount charged. No VAT is added at checkout.
When exactly do credits expire?
Every credit expires 90 days after the day it is granted. That applies to pay-as-you-go purchases and to subscription credits alike. A subscription grants a fresh batch each month, and each batch carries its own 90-day clock — credits do not accumulate indefinitely.
What does one credit actually buy?
One full-resolution export: original pixel dimensions, no watermark, no downscaling. Previews, retries and refinements to the same image cost nothing, because they run on your own device.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
Previews keep working — they are free and unmetered regardless of your balance. For exports you can either buy a pay-as-you-go pack or move up a tier; the tier change takes effect immediately.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, at any time, from your account. You keep the credits already granted until they reach their 90-day expiry, and you are not charged again.
Is the free preview limited in any way?
Not by number and not by time. It shows the full result at screen resolution so you can judge the cutout before spending anything. The credit buys the file, not the answer.
Do you offer more than 50,000 credits a month?
The largest published tier is 50,000 credits at £3399 a month. Beyond that, get in touch and we will quote for the volume rather than pretend a published tier fits.
