No. The prices on this page are the amount charged. No VAT is added at checkout.
When exactly do credits expire?
Every credit expires 90 days after the day it is granted. That applies to pay-as-you-go purchases and to subscription credits alike. A subscription grants a fresh batch each month, and each batch carries its own 90-day clock — credits do not accumulate indefinitely.
What does one credit actually buy?
One full-resolution export: original pixel dimensions, no watermark, no downscaling. Previews, retries and refinements to the same image cost nothing, because they run on your own device.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
Previews keep working — they are free and unmetered regardless of your balance. For exports you can either buy a pay-as-you-go pack or move up a tier; the tier change takes effect immediately.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, at any time, from your account. You keep the credits already granted until they reach their 90-day expiry, and you are not charged again.
Is the free preview limited in any way?
Not by number and not by time. It shows the full result at screen resolution so you can judge the cutout before spending anything. The credit buys the file, not the answer.
Do you offer more than 50,000 credits a month?
The largest published tier is 50,000 credits at £3399 a month. Beyond that, get in touch and we will quote for the volume rather than pretend a published tier fits.
